  • Use the materials for commercial purposes including reselling or repackaging
  • Provide the materials to other organisations as part of a consulting or advisory service
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings

4.2 Consulting Services

Consulting services are provided in accordance with the terms set out in individual service agreements or proposals. Any engagement for consulting services will be subject to a separate agreement between you and Neat Consulting.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time you submit your order.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods available on this website.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products will be made available for download immediately upon successful payment or delivered via email to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address you provide is correct.

7. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once a product has been downloaded or a download link has been provided.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased product, please contact us within seven days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

Refunds for consulting services will be addressed in accordance with the terms of the relevant service agreement.
